The TLC-60™ is a fully integrated top-load tray/carton loading system which provides a compact layout that allows manufacturers to reduce manufacturing costs. Integration of the tray/carton erector, load station and tray/carton sealer allow the tray/carton to be completely contained through the entire operation resulting in optimized machine efficiency.

Robotic systems offer quicker change-overs, increased flexibility and higher reliability than conventional carton loaders. The TLC-60™ provides high-speed capacity and robust construction improving overall ergonomics by reducing the physical strain of manual packaging.
